Applicant Permissions

By ticking this box you are giving consent for photographs, film and audio to be taken, during the Young Musicians’ Summer School. Images/film footage/audio will be used for educational purposes, and to promote Trinity Laban’s Programmes. Images/footage/audio may be used online for social media, websites, evaluation reports and research publications. Photos, film or audio may also be used in Trinity Laban publicity both in print and on our third party websites. Footage will not be broadcast or distributed through any commercial operations and names will not be placed next to photos.

You will be expected to drop-off and collect the participant at the start and end of the day, although you will not be allowed into the premises yourself. Please indicate below if you want to give permission for the participant to leave the site unaccompanied at the end of the day
